- The client is making payment from his/her/its own bank account which is preregistered with Uniquest Investment Adviser Pvt. Ltd as part of his/her/its KYC, Risk Profiling and agreement.
- The client is making payment out of his/her/its own funds.
- The client is aware of the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act and declares that he/she/it is not violating any provisions while making such online payment.
There will not any refunds or cancellation on absolute or partial basis. We do not refund any that already has been taken. Before payment for services, you must read and agree the No refund, No cancellation policy.

The notices/circulars/intimation/advise/Corresponds or any means of the interaction shall come in category of the communication. The way of communication may be sole or combined.
